Bydgoszcz is an excellent place for investment. Constant development of the city in the economic, scientific and cultural field can strengthen its position in Poland and Europe. Open-minded, well educated people with an innovative way of thinking and a positive attitude to life, who pursue their professional passions are the strength of the city.

The meeting allowed the discussion about the city offers for current and future investors, trends in providing outsourcing services by the global operators and investment incentives available for companies planning further investments in this sector.

In Bydgoszcz shared service centers operate more than 8 thousand people. Current investors include both global corporations such as Atos IT Services and Alcatel – Lucent, as well as companies with Polish capital, e.g. Postbank Operations Center. Availability of qualified staff and technical-economic profile of education allowed Bydgoszcz to specialize in providing advanced IT and financial services. This demonstrates the high quality of the local labor market and is a good indicator of further development of the BPO / SSC sector in the city.
