    • attachments do not have information about the size and format of the file,
    • some graphics do not contain alternative texts and a text version,
    • some videos posted on the website may not have subtitles or other required elements,
  3. situations may occur that certain documents published on the website are unavailable due to the fact that:
    • they come from different sources,
    • they were published on the basis of the rules adopted in another institution,
    • they have a structure which cannot be modified – e.g. scans of documents,
    • they were published before the entry into force of the Digital Accessibility Act.

PROCEDURE

Everyone has the right to request the availability of a digital website, mobile application or some element thereof. Requests can also be submitted for information to be shared via an alternative method of access, for example by reading a digitally inaccessible document, describing the contents of the film without audio description, etc. The request should include the data of the person submitting the request, an indication of which website or mobile application it is and how to contact the person filing the request. Where the requesting person declares the need to obtain information by means of an alternative means of access, they shall also specify the manner in which that information is to be presented in a manner which is convenient for them.

The public entity should execute the request immediately, no later than within 7 days from the date of submitting the request. If it is not possible to meet this deadline, the public entity shall immediately inform the applicant when the request will be able to be fulfilled, but this period may not be longer than 2 months from the date of the request. Where it is not possible to ensure digital accessibility, the public entity may propose an alternative way of accessing information.

Where the public entity refuses to comply with a request for accessibility or an alternative means of access to information is not provided, the requesting party may submit a complaint about the digital accessibility of the website or mobile application or an element of the website or the mobile application, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of June 14, 1960. Code of Administrative Procedure.

ARCHITECTURAL ACCESS

Headquarters of the Bydgoszcz Regional Development Agency Bydgoskich Przemysłowców 6 Street, IDEA Building, third floor.

  1. Accessibility of building entrances and passing through the control area.
    The main entrance to the building from Bydgoskich Przemysłowców Street without difficulties.
  2. Accessibility of corridors, stairs and elevators.
    There are two elevators in the main part of the building with access without difficulties. The buttons in the elevators have a Braille annotation.
  3. Slopes, platforms, voice information, inductive loops.

  4. Location, number and method of using parking spaces designated for people with disabilities.
    There are 4 parking spaces designated for people with disabilities in front of the main entrance to the building. There are 5 parking spaces designated for people with disabilities in the parking lot at the back of the building.
  5. The right to enter with an assistance dog (difficulties and restrictions).
    There are no limitations.

    There is a separate toilet for people with disabilities on each floor.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND A LIST OF KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS

The  https://www.barr.pl  website has been designed so that as many users as possible can freely use it on different operating systems and in different browsers. For the visually impaired, a text version and a version with increased contrast are available. It is also possible to change the font size of the text in published articles.

In addition to the mouse, keyboard may be used to navigate the website. The “TAB” key will move the focus to each of the navigation options or links on the screen. Shift+TAB combination will undo the focus on the previous navigation item. Pressing Enter will take one to the selected link. Use the “down” and “up” arrows to scroll through the page. Defined keyboard shortcuts:

  3. contrast version ALT+3 or H+3
